The Duchess' team said this evening that her dermatologist made the shock diagnosis of malignant melanoma after having several moles removed and checked.

The Duchess, 64, was given a diagnosis of a malignant melanoma after medics removed a mole on her body just six months after she had an operation to treat an early form of breast cancer.

Princess Kate and Prince William have a new seven-word motto after the Princess of Wales was admitted to hospital, according to aides.

Kate had a successful operation at The London Clinic on Tuesday. She's expected to rest until Easter, with the exact procedure she underwent still unknown.

According to the Sunday Times, aides have revealed a new motto for the family.

Queen Camilla has been praised by a royal author for always supporting her husband King Charles whilst still respecting his "boundaries".

Author Robert Hardman claimed the Queen would never want to get "into the King's space with his grandchildren." He told PEOPLE: "She’s not going to push herself. She's still very keen to maintain. She's still got her own family.

"That’s very important to her, and she appreciates how important it is for him." Hardman claimed Camilla "does bring a sort of unstuffiness" to the royal family.

He explained: "She can laugh when there are either adverse headlines or there's some crisis or something. She's just an upbeat person. I could see her in a real crisis, I think she'd be a great asset."

Prince Harry was slammed after he was seen "cracking jokes" instead of wishing his father King Charles and sister-in-law Kate, the Princess of Wales well in a "deliberate snub" at the Living Legends of Aviation Awards on Friday, a royal expert has claimed.

The monarch is due for an enlarged prostate operation in the coming week, whilst Princess Kate is said to still be recovering in the hospital after her planned abdominal operation earlier this week.

Meanwhile, the Duke of Sussex was named a "living legend" and was honoured for his contribution to the aviation industry due to his experience flying as a pilot in the British Army.

He joined the likes of Buzz Aldrin, Jeff Bezos, Tom Cruise, Neil Armstrong, Harrison Ford, Morgan Freeman and Elon Musk. Harry on Friday collected his award at a ceremony in Beverly Hills hosted by aviation ambassador John Travolta.

Meghan Markle "had no intention of pulling her weight" as a working Royal before she and Prince Harry quit their duties and relocated to the US, one Royal historian has claimed. Robert Hardman, whose new book Charles III New King. New Court. The Inside Story is out now, added that Harry's swipes at Prince William's wife, Princess Kate have made it a "tougher obstacle" that the two brothers have to overcome in order to mend their damaged relationship.

He went on to say the Duke of Sussex's "veiled criticisms of the new Princess of Wales" really affected William.

Prince Harry once gave a heart-wrenching statement to his older brother, Prince William, during a heated argument when they were children, one of the late Princess Diana's former bodyguards has revealed.

Ken Wharfe, who was bodyguard to Harry and William from 1986 and became Princess Diana's personal protection officer in 1988 until 1993, recalled a row between the two brothers which took place more than 30 years ago.

He told LBC in 2020: "I had the privilege of working with his mother, William and Harry and many other members of the Royal Family.

The Sussexes currently find themselves at the epicenter of another royal rift after it was claimed Queen Elizabeth was furious about their decision to name their daughter after the latter's intimate family nickname.

In an interview with Daily Express US, Royal Holloway professor Pauline Maclaran suggested that the controversy could haunt their offspring for many years to come.

But now palace officials, who spoke to the Times, dismissed the claims and said William has no plans to change the sovereign’s unique role within the Anglican faith upon his accession.

The sources clarified that that "the conversation had never come up" about William cutting ties and abandoning the role.

Kate, the Princess of Wales is "doing well" after her abdominal surgery earlier this week and will continue her royal work from bed as she recovers at home, insiders have claimed.

Princess Kate was admitted to the London Clinic where she is expected to stay for another week before continuing her recovery from Adelaide Cottage in Windsor until Easter.

The royal is very keen to return to work "as soon as possible", palace insiders told the Times. According to Robert Hardman's new royal book - Charles III: New King. New Court. The Inside Story - Camilla was given the nickname 'Lorraine' by her family. The name is a play on the French word for Queen, which is 'La Reine'.

In his new book, the author - who was told the story by a friend of Camilla - wrote: "She always saw the funny side of that – even if Prince Charles did not."

Mr Hardman claims that the King wasn't a fan of his wife's new nickname, although Queen Camilla is said to have found it hilarious.

Princess Anne is said to enjoy healthy, vitamin-dense foods over rich and decadent dishes, but one thing she eats is slightly bizarre.

The Princess Royal reportedly starts her day with fruit, with a special request for bananas - overripe and going off.

Former royal chef Darren McGrady told TODAY: "Princess Anne almost always preferred the bananas almost black - overripe - because they digested easier."

King Charles is currently preparing to undergo surgery for an enlarged prostate. While Kate spent a fifth day in hospital after major abdominal surgery.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have now offered an olive branch to their fellow royals, reports The Mirror. It comes as the Sussexes continue to have an allegedly strained relationships with Harry's family.

A source told The Mirror: "The King and the Princess of Wales have received support from Prince Harry and Meghan regarding their health. The Duke and Duchess contacted both parties in different ways to pass on their concern and best wishes."
