Many foodies often find themselves with irregular and wonky cuts when dealing with cheese. Often the slices can be too thick or too thin.
Thankfully, Bella, who goes by @paperbelle on TikTok, has managed to find a solution to this problem.
With her smart trick ensuring an 'even slice' each time, Bella, who hails from Australia, is being acknowledged for her brilliant cheese-cutting technique which steers clear of the usual knife use.
In a video on the social media platform, TikTok, which has amassed more than 180,000 views, the mother demonstrates that she chooses a potato peeler to slice her cheese. "You mean to tell me you've never used a peeler to peel your cheese?" she asks viewers.
Bella then showcased her efficient method, she runs the peeler over a block of cheddar, effortlessly producing an equally thin slice, absolute perfection for sandwich making, reports the Mirror.
And as she revealed: "I have done this my whole life. My whole family does this. And you do it because you get a really even cheese slice."
She beamed at the camera while showing off her flawless slice and said: "See? It's perfect."

In her post, Bella also noted: "As someone who consumes a lot of cheese on toast, I can confirm that this is the ultimate way to slice cheese."
TikTok watchers were astounded by this newfound knowledge, crowding the comment section applauding the hack and naming it a "game-changer". An impressed fan exclaimed: "You've changed my life! Whaattttt?!"
One impressed individual wrote in the comments: "This is lowkey genius," and another concurred, saying: "Omg it's genius! Doing this from now on!"
Another user, taken aback by the simplicity of the trick, commented:"How do people not know this? " However, a handful of users suggested even simpler ways to accomplish the task.
One commentator advised her to simply buy a Norwegian cheese slicer as it serves a similar function. In contrast, others noted that cheese graters already come equipped with a slicing side.
