AN 18-year-old man has appeared in court charged with attempted murder over the Parsons Green Tube terror attack.

Ahmed Hassan, of Cavendish Road, Sunbury, in Surrey, is also accused of using the chemical compound TATP to cause an explosion that was likely to endanger life.
Some 30 people were injured in last Friday's attack, which left one woman with serious burns.
Hassan was arrested at the port of Dover in Kent at 7.50am on Saturday.

He appeared at Westminster Magistrates' Court wearing a grey jumper and with long dark, unruly hair.
He spoke only to give his name, date of birth and address.
He was remanded in custody to appear at the Old Bailey on October 13.

It comes as the "very, very dangerous" partially detonated bomb was revealed to have been "packed with shrapnel", according to Met Commissioner Cressida Dick.
Speaking to LBC Radio, Commissioner Dick added: "Thank goodness nobody was killed at Parsons Green. It must have been absolutely horrific for the people in the train.
"It could have been so much worse."
