Discussing the incident that forced Salah off, Frank Lampard said Ramos was not to blame.
“No, I don’t think so (there is any blame),” Lampard said.
“Listen, he’s got close, which any defender should do.
“Sometimes when you do make contact you do interlink arms.
“I think it was more unfortunate in the end in the way he fell.”
