Burley wants ‘total football’

Burley has been preaching to his underdogs to produce their own brand of “total football” in a bid to pull off a performance to make the nation proud.
Tonight will be not just about a brave backs-to-the wall display of sheer guts and determination to frustrate a cocky Dutch side already dreaming of being World Cup winners – Burley wants his team to show they can play.

Manchester United star Fletch said: “The manager wants total football. He feels we are ready to do that.
“Holland have quality all over the park and the best way to give ourselves a chance is to retain possession by passing the ball.”
