John Terry captained Chelsea on what will likely be his last appearance for the club.
But he was withdrawn with the scores locked at 1-1 in the 26th minute - the same as his shirt number.
Terry is out of contract at the end of the season and has not been offered a new deal.
He is seeking a new club and admits he may even retire if a good enough offer is not tabled.

This was Terry’s last appearance at Stamford Bridge but he could get a game against Arsenal in the FA Cup next weekend.
However, manager Antonio Conte is likely to name his strongest XI for that clash, with David Luiz, Gary Cahill and Cesar Azpilicueta expected to be in the three-man defence.
