Saha header sinks Fulham
Louis Saha grabbed his first goal for Everton since his summer move from Manchester United to secure the Toffees’ 1 – 0 victory over Fulham.
Saha headed home a Leon Osman’s cross after 87 minutes to fire Everton up to seventh in the Premier League.
Everton had toiled painfully for their breakthrough in a scrappy match, and their only serious chance had been a first-half effort from Marouane Fellaini that hit a post.
Fulham struck the woodwork twice in the second period through Jimmy Bullard and Bobby Zamora.
But Everton sent on another forward, Victor Anichebe, for Pienaar after 75 minutes.

After 82 minutes Everton had the ball in the net when Schwarzer fumbled a high ball, but Yakubu was penalised for a foul on the keeper.
Everton replaced Yakubu with James Vaughan, while Fulham sent on defender Chris Baird for Bullard.
But Everton took the lead after 87 minutes when Saha powered home a header from Osman’s cross.
