Manchester United have reportedly appointed John Peacock as academy consultant
Peacock is considered to be the most successful England youth coach ever, having guided the Three Lions to the Uefa Under-17s European Championship twice.
The Sun claim the 60-year-old will take up the position of academy consultant at the club.
During his career Peacock also helped oversee the FA's coaching set-up in his role as head of senior elite coach development.
Peacock, who has been an academy director and a coach at Derby either side of his time working with England Under-17s, is the latest backroom change to take place at the club.
Earlier this year Nicky Butt was promoted to United's head of academy, while Ryan Giggs' future at the club remains uncertain.
Jose Mourinho is already making changes behind the scenes and has arrived at Old Trafford with his own staff.
But according to the Manchester Evening News Guardiola has convinced him to stay at the Etihad.
