The Liverpool boss name checked Philippe Coutinho and Roberto Firmino when he said: "Everything is okay at the moment but nobody in the world - maybe only Lionel Messi - is unsellable.
"There is always a situation. I come from a club where the best players are always picked by other teams and in the end you have to accept a few things. You always need to have a Plan B or a Plan C.
"If a player comes to me and says he doesn't feel comfortable and wants to leave because of our style of play or because he can make more money elsewhere, then you always have to start thinking. That's all I can say on this.
"Coutinho, [Roberto] Firmino, so many players are very special. You could go through the whole squad. But if a player wants to go to another club then I'd always be open to it because I don't want to have a player in my squad who doesn't want to be in the squad.
"These are problems you don't need during a season. A player is never good enough for you to have to cope with problems like that for an entire year."
Mkhitarayan was signed by Klopp in 2013 but was clearly not impressed with his former boss' tactics compared to current manager Thomas Tuchel.
“With Klopp, he was a football madman: pressure and counter-attack,” he told Italian newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport.
“Instead, Tuchel has changed our lives. Now we command the game and I have more freedom to attack. Thanks to him I now make myself more useful.”

Manchester United boss Louis van Gaal claims Liverpool's second half collapse against Southampton was a consequence of their exertions on Thursday.
Liverpool surrendered a two goal lead to lose 3-2 against Ronald Koeman's Saints and Van Gaal reckons the defeat was down to the tiredness his side had caused the Reds in their Europa League clash.
He said: “We have seen the result from Southampton today. Liverpool were 2-0 up at half-time and at full-time it was 3-2 to Southampton.
“I have not seen the match but I can only conclude it was because of tiredness and that is what we have done to them.”
