But that has not stopped the likes of Arsenal and Manchester United being linked with him.
And today, German publication SportBild claimed new Liverpool boss is keen on signing the striker like he did when managing Dortmund in 2012.

Lewandowski's German representative Maik Barthel admitted there is Premier League interest in the striker but reiterated that he is on a long-term contract.
He said: "It would be wrong to say there is no interest [from the Premier League].
"[But] all of us should respect that Robert has a contract at FC Bayern."
