Manchester United and Liverpool are set to go head-to-head this summer for Holland sensation Memphis Depay.

The 21-year-old is top scorer in the Eredivise with 20 goals and helped PSV secure their first title in seven years last weekend.

And, following Marcel Brands - PSV's technical director - admitting Manchester United had made contact over Depay - it has emerged Liverpool also want the winger.

Brands also insisted United won't be along in their negotiations for their star man.

"We have had a telephone call from them about him,” said Brands. “But no talks have been held yet.

"Several top clubs have expressed an interest. He will be expensive."

Memphis Depay looks likely to leave PSV this summer

Chelsea have reportedly made a £29m bid for Paulo Dybala.

The Palermo man has been linked with a move away from Serie A after an impressive season in Italy.

Dybala has scored 13 goals and has 10 assists so far.

But his representative Gustavo Mascardi insisted Chelsea would have to compete with others for his signature.

"Paris St Germain have already come forward with an offer of about £32.5m and Chelsea had already reached £29m," he told told Gazzetta dello Sport.

"We’re now at the stage where the price cannot be lower than £36m.

"Paulo is in no hurry and will take his decision calmly."

Arsenal have been told to make their move for Petr Cech - or risk missing out.

The Gunners have been linked with a summer move for the Chelsea keeper after he fell behind Thibaut Courtois is Jose Mourinho's pecking order.

Cech has started just 13 games all season - only four in the Premier League - with the Belgium star returning from Atletico Madrid after a three-year loan spell.

And Cech is now ready to quit Stamford Bridge, but according the Daily Mirror, the Gunners will need to act fast or face missing out.
