Juventus want Liverpool's Sterling as Pogba replacement after Chelsea's Oscar blow

JUVENTUS are reportedly looking to sign Liverpool star Raheem Sterling as a replacement for Paul Pogba.

The England international is believed to be unhappy at Anfield after rejecting a lucrative new contract worth £100,000-per-week.

Chelsea, Arsenal and Manchester City have all been linked with £50million moves for Sterling, but the Daily Mail claims that Juventus have also joined the race for his signature.

Star midfielder Pogba is expected to leave Turin this summer, with Real Madrid, Paris Saint-Germain and Bayern Munich all said to be interested.

Massimo Allegri was believed to be eyeing up Blues playmaker Oscar as a potential replacement, but Jose Mourinho has since claimed that the Brazilian will be staying at Stamford Bridge.

The Mail adds that Juventus expect to receive at least £55m for Pogba, and are hoping to land Zenit midfielder Axel Witsel and Palermo forward Paulo Dybala as well as Sterling in time for the next Serie A campaign.
