TEAMS: Debuchy RETURNS for Arsenal's FA Cup semi-final, Wilshere on the bench

Debuchy starts after recovering from a dislocated shoulder, while Jack Wilshere returns after a stint on the sidelines with an ankle injury. 

Pavel Pogrebnyak starts for Reading after overcoming a calf problem.

On-loan duo Nathan Ake and Kwesi Appiah are absent but fellow loanees Nathaniel Chalobah and Jamie Mackie start for the Royals.
