Alves, whose contract at Barcelona expires in the summer, has recently revealed he is willing to leave the club if the Spanish giants do not meet his contract demands.
United had reportedly discussed a contract with Alves' agents during the January transfer window but no deal was confirmed.
And while PSG are also keen to secure his survices, manager Blanc has admitted they too are no closer to thrashing out a deal.
"There has been no concrete offer for Dani Alves," he said.

"He has a deadline with Barca, we also have the end of the season to deal with and it is not yet the transfer window but he is one of the best backs rights of the world."
