Javier Pastore has been dubbed the best player in the world
The unofficial title for the world's best is widely thought to be between Real Madrid's Cristiano Ronaldo and Barcelona's Lionel Messi.
But former Manchester United star Cantona believes the Argentine ace is better than both his La Liga rivals.
He said: "For me, today, the best player in the world, the most exciting player in the world, is Pastore from Paris St Germain.
"Why? Because I watched two games just to see Pastore playing, giving passes.
For me, the best player in the world is Javier Pastore.

"He has got something special. Because football is interactive. It's why footballer is so popular, I think. And Pastore can do things that the other ones don't know.
"It's interactive but he does things that surprise you every time. Not only in scoring goals, spectacular goals - everything. Just passing. Passing. He's a very creative player. He's the most creative player, I think, in the world today.
"It's why I think he's the best player in the world, because I love this kind of player."

Pastore has been linked with a move to Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool and United in recent times with a new deal at the Parc des Princes still unsigned.
Earlier this week Pastore told Spanish paper Mundo Deportivo: “I have always said that I am in France, in the house where my daughter was born and I feel happy here.
“I am not willing to lose focus over the contract issue.
“My dream is to win everything with PSG and I am only thinking about that.”
