The Metro claims that Louis van Gaal is a keen admirer of the Brazilian, and is looking to add some creativity to his forward line.
It is added that Moura is currently in talks with PSG over a contract extension, but is unhappy with the wages on offer.
The Brazilian is apparently looking for £4.3m-a-year, but PSG will only go as high as £2.8m.
And the Metro believes that Van Gaal is ready to take advantage of the confusion by swooping in with a lucrative offer this summer as the Red Devils look to challenge for next season's Premier League title.
