Chelsea are eyeing a move for West Ham defender Aaron Cresswell, if Filipe Luis leaves the club.

According to ESPN, Mourinho is open to letting Luis leave if he can make a profit on the player.

And the Blues would then turn to Cresswell - said to be available for around £15m - to fill the void after he demonstrated his Premier League pedigree at Upton Park this season.
