Manchester City have reportedly made Philippe Coutinho their THIRD transfer target from Liverpool.

Coutinho's winner helped the Reds reach the semi-finals of the FA Cup last night with a 1-0 win at Blackburn.

But the Daily Star claim City are considering a £20million swoop for the Brazilian this summer.

The Premier League champions are also interested in Raheem Sterling and Jordan Henderson.

Liverpool are reportedly ready to make a move for Manchester United misfit Javier Hernandez.

The Mexican has spent the season on loan at Real Madrid but has been frustrated with his lack of playing time.

And according to the Metro, Liverpool could stump up around £14m to land him from United this summer.

Mario Balotelli has revealed why he missed Liverpool's win over Blackburn.

The Italian international posted a picture on Instagram of him with a thermometer in his mouth - signalling he is suffering from illness.
