Manchester City eye audacious £90m TRIPLE swoop for Sterling, Henderson AND Coutinho

MANCHESTER CITY have reportedly made Philippe Coutinho their THIRD transfer target from Liverpool.

Coutinho put the Reds into the FA Cup semi-finals last night with the winner in their 1-0 victory at Blackburn.

But according to the Daily Star, rivals City want to lure the Brazilian away from Anfield in an audacious triple deal this summer.

It is claimed Etihad bosses believe Coutinho could be snared for £20million if Liverpool fail to finish in the top four this season.

City are among a host of Premier League clubs interested in £50m-rated Raheem Sterling and are also keen on Jordan Henderson - who would be valued at over the £20m Liverpool paid Sunderland for his services in 2011.

Kop boss Brendan Rodgers would be loathe to lose three key players but City are ready to go on a big spending spree and have the trio in mind.

Juventus star Paul Pogba, Wolfsburg winger Kevin De Bruyne and Arsenal midfielder Jack Wilshere are also on the Manchester club's radar.
