The 18-year-old has impressed under Neil Redfearn and Premier League scouts are set to swoop.

Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool, Manchester City and Manchester United are all reportedly keen.

Leeds value the England youth midfielder at £12m having agreed a new deal with him earlier this season.

And a club source told the Daily Star: "Lewis knows he will have to leave Leeds to fulfil his ambitions.

"All the big clubs have been keeping close tabs on him and want him, so he will have his pick of the best and has a big decision to make.

"He's wonderful talent and Leeds have no chance of keeping him at Elland Road. It's just a matter of when, not if, he leaves and it should be quite a mad scramble this summer."

Cook was part of the England U17 side that won the UEFA European U17 Championship in May 2014 and in August was called up to the England U18 side for their clash with Holland.
