Liverpool and Manchester United quoted £22m for Roma ace Miralem Pjanic

LIVERPOOL and Manchester United have reportedly been told they will have to pay just £22million if they want to sign Miralem Pjanic.

Miralem Pjanic Player Profile

The 25-year-old has been viewed as the ideal player to replace Steven Gerrard at Anfield.

Manchester United on the other hand have been keeping an eye on Pjanic, with Louis van Gaal promised a big kitty to spend on players.

Italian paper Corriere Dello Sport claim Liverpool are one of several clubs tracking Pjanic.

And it will take a £22m bid to bring him to the Premier League.

It was originally thought Pjanic would fetch around £37m, but the latest figure represents a bargain.
