And he has given the aforementioned clubs a boost when he told Italian radio station Rete Palermo: "I want them both! If I played in the Champions League, then I'd have much greater odds of being called up for the national team."

However, Dybala was quick not to rub Palermo fans' noses in it.

He added: "But it would be disrespectful towards the Palermo supporters if I said I wanted something else.

"I'm very happy with my situation in Sicily and above all else I'm focused on our season. We still have much to prove."
