FORMER West Ham and Manchester City winger Trevor Sinclair has suggested it's time Manuel Pellegrini sold Yaya Toure.

The 42-year-old, who spent four years at City, believes the midfielder's heart is no longer with The Citizens.

And with Roberto Mancini reportedly keen to lure the Ivorian to Inter Milan, Sinclair thinks it's time to cut ties.

Speaking to Sky Sports News, he said: "Just from last year, after his birthday, his agent came out and said he was disappointed.

"I don't think he's committed to the club anymore.

"He's a massive fan favourite and has been a fantastic servant but I think now is the time to let him go and experience some other football and bring in some fresh blood."

Toure has been at the Etihad for nearly five years now since joining from Barcelona in 2010.
