Manchester United Transfer News: £50m Sterling move, Hummels and Depay FOR SALE

EXPRESS SPORT brings you the latest from Old Trafford.

Raheem Sterling Player Profile

Manchester United have joined the race for £50million Liverpool star Raheem Sterling.

Arsenal, Chelsea and Manchester City are all keen on the 20-year-old after he rejected a £100,000-a-week contract offer at Liverpool and admitted he is 'flattered' by interest in his services.

And according to The Sun, United are the fourth Premier League club to keep a watchful eye on Sterling's situation.

Borussia Dortmund have admitted Mats Hummels is up for sale this summer.

United boss Louis van Gaal is a huge fan of the defender and thought about making a formal bid in January.

Dortmund chief executive Hans-Joachim Watzke said: "In this moment this a total dummy discussion, because there is no offer. If one arrives, we will discuss it internally and make a decision. But this decision will only be taken by BVB.

"The situation at Dortmund is like this: We've lost one major player each year but we don't stop playing football. To be clear: Mats knows his contractual situation, he described it in that interview himself. The decision where Mats will play next season will only be taken by BVB."

PSV Eindhoven coach Phillip Cocu has revealed United target Memphis Depay is likely to leave the club this summer.

Liverpool and Tottenham are also keen on the Holland winger.

Cocu said: "I think he is ready for the next step, and I think that he will leave. We take it into account in any case."
