Jonathan Walters TROLLS Liverpool's Raheem Sterling with new Stoke wage demands

STOKE forward Jonathan Walters has trolled Liverpool's Raheem Sterling over the youngster's wage demands at Anfield.

Sterling spoke out this week to insist that money is not the reason talks over a new deal have stalled, despite reportedly being offered £100,000-a-week to remain on Merseyside.

And after the Daily Mail pointed out that Sterling has scored less goals than Walters this season, the Irish international took to Twitter to poke fun at the situation.

Walters posted a picture of the headline on social media along with a picture of him knocking on Mark Hughes' door.

He said: "Not happy with this.....! I'm going in. I want at least 120k"

Walters has netted 10 goals in 28 Premier League appearances for Stoke this season, while Sterling has only managed six in the same number of games.
