Chelsea News: Blues join Sterling race, Icardi opens up on move, Oscar-Pogba swap deal

EXPRESS SPORT brings you the latest news from Stamford Bridge.

Chelsea v Stoke - Premier League Preview

Table toppers Chelsea are in action against Stoke in the late game tomorrow by which time they'll be hoping Arsenal and Liverpool will have played out a draw and ended any lingering hopes the Gunners had of putting together a title challenge, and Manchester United will have succumbed to Tim Sherwood's Aston Villa.

The Blues will then steamroll the Potters for 25 minutes, take a two-goal lead and cruise to a victory which could put them nine points clear of Manchester City, who don't play until Monday.

However, with the season now nearing its end, plans are afoot for the transfer window.

And long-standing Chelsea target Mauro Icardi says he will happily pack up and go to any club who put a bid in to Inter Milan for him.

“If there are other clubs who want me, they should discuss this with Inter," he said.

"If Inter decide to sell me, I’ll pack up and go away.

“If they don’t want to, I will stay in Milan where I am really good and I’m happy. My family here feels like home.

“Regarding my pay, my salary, that I don’t ‘earn a lot’, these are things that are a result of two years ago when I came to Inter.”

And, according to the Daily Mirror, Juventus are keen on Oscar - which could open the door to a move for Paul Pogba.

The former Manchester United midfielder is highly regarded having helped Juve to two Serie A titles and staring for France at last summer's World Cup.

The 22-year-old was named Young Player of the tournament and has been rated at around £80m by his club.

And finally, according to the Daily Mail, the Blues have also entered the race for Raheem Sterling.

The Liverpool youngster is stalling on a new Anfield deal and gave an interview on Tuesday insisting he is not a money-grabber and that he wants to win trophies.

He also said he was flattered to be linked to Arsenal, and there is interest from Manchester City, Real Madrid and Bayern Munich - and now Chelsea seem to be keen too.
