Wayne Rooney warns Harry Kane of clever Italian defenders ahead of first England start
WAYNE ROONEY has warned Harry Kane about the Italian defenders.
Kane is set to make his first England start tomorrow night after scoring on his debut on Friday.
The Tottenham striker scored after 79 seconds against Lithuania in the 4-0 win.
But Rooney, who will win his 103 card cap, admits tomorrow night is about keeping it simple for the 21-year-old.
“With Italian defenders, they're clever defenders," Rooney said.

"They do anything to try and stop you and you have to be aware of that, and not get frustrated.
"At the minute, what Harry is doing he must continue doing. He's taking the ball and running at the defenders, getting shots at goal.
"That's all he has to do tomorrow. I'm sure if he does that the way he has been, he'll be fine.”
