Palermo SURRENDER battle to keep £30m Arsenal, Man Utd and Chelsea target Dybala

PALERMO are ready to sell Paulo Dybala to the highest bidder after giving up hope of keeping their striker.

Paulo Dybala Player Profile

Dybala, 21, is wanted by a host of European clubs, including Manchester United, Arsenal and Chelsea.

He is set to be one of the biggest transfers of the summer window, with Palermo setting an initial £30million valuation on his head.

And all three Premier League suitors are likely to bid within that figure for a player who has scored 12 goals in 27 games this season.

Palermo president Maurizio Zamparini today revealed he is preparing for life without Dybala and his strike partner Franco Vazquez.

Paulo Dybala is set to leave Palermo this summer

“It’s clear that Paulo will leave,” Zamparini told Italian media outlet Sky.

“In fact, we’re looking for another striker, as we only have [Andrea] Belotti at the moment.

“The team is out of form, the midfield is less aggressive and Vazquez is out of form too.

“Next year Palermo will have to play without Vazquez and Dybala, so I’d like to see other players [come in].”

Palermo director of sport Dario Baccin has already discussed Dybala’s situation, stating: "He has rejected all our proposals for a contract renewal, so at this stage it's safe to say he will certainly leave."
