Manchester United have been given a huge boost in their pursuit of Mats Hummels.

The Borussia Dortmund star has been tipped to join the Red Devils this summer, and has now opened the door for a switch.

Speaking about his long-term future, Hummels revealed that he wants to ply his trade abroad in order to boost his development as a player.

Chelsea are closing in on a move for Gareth Bale, according to reports.

The Metro claims that Jose Mourinho is ready to offer £75million for the Real Madrid star.

And Chelsea will sweeten the deal by offering Bale a weekly wage of £300,000.

Liverpool are reportedly chasing English youngster Will Hughes.

The Derby player has been in good form this season, and the Metro believes he could be a potential replacement for outgoing Reds skipper Steven Gerrard.

However, Brendan Rodgers will apparently have to pay £15m to seal the deal.
