CRISTIANO RONALDO played down rumours that he's unsettled at Real Madrid yesterday by pulling a cheeky prank on team mate Ricardo Quaresma.

The winger had been in the spotlight for berating Madrid's players on the field and shying away from media attention of late, leading to rumours of a summer exit to former club Manchester United.

However, this stunt shows that Ronaldo's clearly not suffering from the blues and is in good spirits ahead of Portugal's Euro 2016 qualifier with Serbia on Sunday.

Ronaldo covered Quaresma's car from top to bottom in tin foil before emblazoning his trademark CR7 logo on its side.

The stunt coincides with the launch of his new range of Nike Mercurial football boots that have the same metallic finish and orange detailing.

And it seems Quaresma saw the funny side of Ronaldo's annoying joke.

He tweeted: "Cristiano please tell me you didn't really do this to my car?

"Seriously? My newly redesigned CR7 car!"

And Ronaldo struck back , saying he hoped the new paint-job would give him a 'little more speed'.
