TEAM NEWS: Roy Hodgson has clean bill of health for England's clash with Lithuania

The Three Lions boast an impeccable 100 per cent record in Group E, having won all four of their fixtures to date.

Though Hodgson has had to contend with the withdrawals of Saints shot stopper Fraser Forster, Spurs' Danny Rose and Liverpool duo Daniel Sturridge and Adam Lallana, Hodgson maintains England have a clean bill of health.

"We suffered a few setbacks at start of week but luckily the squad is big enough to cope with that and we have a fit squad," Hodgson said.
