TRANSFER NEWS: Arsenal Khedira HOPE, Liverpool lose target, Sterling wages, Man Utd Danilo

EXPRESS SPORT brings you all the latest transfer news from the Premier League.

Sami Khedira Player Profile

Sami Khedira has put Arsenal on red alert after revealing he is ready to leave Real Madrid.

The German World Cup winner has been frozen out at the Bernabeu, with international team-mate Toni Kroos a regular starter in his place.

And the 27-year-old, reportedly wanted by the Gunners, has lifted the lid on his future plans.

"I love Real Madrid and it will be hard to leave this club," Khedira told Spanish sports newspaper Marca.

A big blow for Liverpool's summer transfer plans is the news midfielder Lars Stindli has agreed to leave Hannover for Borussia Monchengladbach.

Reports claim the 26-year-old was on manager Brendan Rodgers' radar and that a July bid was being prepared.

However, the Germany U21 star has agreed a contract until 2020 after Monchengladbach triggered his £2.2million buy-out clause.

Monchengladbach sporting director Max Eberl said on the deal: “We faced some tough competition to secure the signing of Lars Stindl.

“We are delighted that he’s chosen to move here.

“He can play in several midfield positions and has shown as Hannover captain that he has the experience to assume responsibility.”

Danilo claims Real Madrid have not contacted him over a transfer

Manchester United hope to wrap up right-back Danilo's transfer this summer after the 23-year-old revealed Real Madrid have not been in contact.

Madrid are favourites to land Porto's Brazilian ace, currently valued at around £15m.

But United have received a boost to their pursuit after he told reporters: "The interest of the big clubs is very important to me, but I have not spoken to anyone and I know nothing of any offer from Real Madrid."

And finally, Raheem Sterling has been urged to sign a new contract at Liverpool and end the speculation he is angling for a summer move to Real Madrid.

Sterling, 20, is one of Liverpool's star players and is reportedly demanding a £90,000 a week contract.

That is a huge increase to what he is currently being paid and negotiations with Anfield bosses have seemingly been put on hold until the summer.

But QPR manager Harry Redknapp has warned the playmaker he should not take his position for granted.

“Sign your contract. You are at a great club, you are playing regularly, you have become an England international, you’re learning the game," he told talkSPORT.

“Have another two or three years of playing as you are now, keep taking your game on and you will get the rewards.

“The money is there anyway, but you will be up there with the top earners in the world in another two or three years if you keep progressing.

“You are at a fantastic club, one of the best football clubs in the world. You are lucky to be playing at a club like Liverpool. Get your nut down, do your job, and the rewards will keep coming.”
