Manchester United send chief scout to track Chelsea and Liverpool target Felipe Anderson

MANCHESTER UNITED have stepped up their interest in Lazio midfielder Felipe Anderson.

And the attack-minded player didn't disappoint, bagging Lazio's first in a comfortable 2-0 win over Hellas Verona.

The Telegraph claim that Louis van Gaal has shortlisted the attacker as a potential summer signing.

And is undeterred by the fact that the 21-year-old signed a new deal with the Serie A cub just last week.

They suggest that Lazio will demand a fee in the region of £30million should he opt for a move to the Premier League.

However, Liverpool and Chelsea are also said to be tracking Anderson, so Van Gaal could have to dig deep to secure his signature.
