Agent tells Arsenal, Man Utd and Chelsea to expect bidding WAR for Juve star Paul Pogba

ARSENAL, Manchester United and Chelsea have been warned to expect a bidding war to land Paul Pogba from Juventus by FIFA agent Isidoro Maresca.

The French international is expected to leave Juve at the end of the season in search of a fresh challenge and has been heavily linked with a return to England.

But Maresca believes both Real Madrid and Paris Saint-Germain will be in the running to land the 22-year-old and that could drive the player's price through the roof.

He told Italian paper Ilsussidiario: "The departure of Pogba from Juventus will depend on the offer and the clubs who will fight to gain his services.

"It could be a case of an auction around the French player.

"Pogba could definitely sign for Real Madrid; it is no surprise that [agent Mino] Raiola met with [Real manager Carlo] Ancelotti a few weeks ago.

"But perhaps Paris Saint-Germain will also enter negotiations."

Last week Juventus chief Beppe Marotta admitted that there were several clubs willing to pay £55million to land Pogba.

He said: There are many suitors of Pogba.

"But we do not want to open negotiations and we want him to stay with us.

"There are clubs prepared to pay between €70m and €80m to sign him."
