Manchester United have seen a bid for Nicolas Otamendi rejected by Valencia.

Super Deporte believes that a £25million offer was made in the January transfer window.

However, the Spanish outfit had no intention of selling their star defender to the Red Devils.

Chelsea have made contact with Fluminense striker Kenedy.

The Brazilian is valued at £9.2m by his club, and the Metro claims that Manchester United are also keen on his signature.

Kenedy's agent Eduardo Valdes confirmed Jose Mourinho's approach, saying: "There was contact with Chelsea recently."

The Metro is also reporting that Liverpool are hoping to complete a deal for attacker Luciano Vietto.

And it is claimed that the Reds can land him for as little as £12.2m.
