Chelsea stand six points clear of nearest rivals Manchester City with a game in hand, but Arsenal are now only seven points behind after their win over West Ham, and Manchester United a point further back after beating Tottenham.

Mourinho believes the race is far from finished even though his side have played one game fewer.

His side took the lead through Diego Costa's 19th goal of the season, but Dusan Tadic levelled with a penalty.

Of course Arsenal are in the race. Seven points behind Chelsea. Both teams are in the race

The Chelsea manager said: "Of course Arsenal are in the race. Seven points behind Chelsea. Both teams are in the race.

"We are not complacent. It is something I cannot accuse my players of. I'm not afraid of that. I can be afraid of other things.

"Right now we have six points more than everyone else, with one match more to play, so our situation is much better.

"The danger is always there. But I keep saying, we are there. If someone had told me in August that at the end of March we'd be six points in front with a match in hand, I'd have signed for that immediately."
