Louis van Gaal will get away with bad results like Jose Mourinho at Chelsea - Danny Mills

LOUIS VAN GAAL "rubs people up the wrong way" and has caused his Manchester United squad to become unsettled.

That is the view of former Leeds, Manchester City and England right-back Danny Mills, who says the body language of the United players is a big giveaway.

United have lost two of their last four games, including an FA Cup quarter-final defeat to Arsenal last Monday.

And Mills believes Van Gaal, who has steered the Old Trafford club into fourth in the Premier League, will get away with bad performances for one season, but maybe not the next.

"Louis van Gaal has an exceptional record," Mills told BBC 5 Live.

"It's obvious that he rubs people up in the wrong way, and whether that is a completely happy camp, I would doubt it.

"You can tell by the body language of the players. There seems to be something very unsettled about the United players.

"Van Gaal is getting a lot of stick, but Jose Mourinho finished third last year, and he seemed to get away with it."
