EXPRESS SPORT brings you all the latest transfer news from the Premier League.

Sami Khedira Player Profile

Sami Khedria has reportedly snubbed a chance to sign for Arsenal and will instead complete a free transfer to Schalke in the summer.

Real Madrid midfielder Khedira has found first-team opportunities at the Bernabeu hard to come by since winning the World Cup with Germany last July.

He is set to leave the Liga giants come the summer and Arsenal are keen on securing his services.

But reports today suggest Schalke are ready to offer him a competitive wage packet to bring him back to the Bundesliga.

Liverpool, meanwhile, have been given permission to speak to Brazilian attacking star Roberto Firmino this summer.

The Hoffenheim ace has greatly impressed in the Bundesliga this season and is thought to be valued at £20million.

Arsenal, Chelsea and Manchester United are claimed to be trailing the 23-year-old, who has scoffed 47 goals in 143 league games.

Roberto Firmino is reportedly wanted by Liverpool

Another player set to leave the Bundesliga this summer is Ricardo Rodriguez, Wolfsburg's dynamic defender who is wanted by Manchester United.

United manager Louis van Gaal is on the search for defensive recruits as Chris Smalling and Jonny Evans near the Old Trafford exit door.

And Rodriguez is seen as a competent replacement who, at 22, would certainly provide competition in the back line.

Primarily a left-back, Rodriguez would threaten Luke Shaw's claim for regular first-team football.

And finally, Shakhtar ace Douglas Costa wants to be reunited with former team-mate Willian and will try to engineer a move to Chelsea.

Costa was close to a £16m move to Stamford Bridge in the January transfer window but the Blues' offer was rejected, before they turned to £26.8m midfielder Juan Cuadrado instead.

But manager Jose Mourinho is reportedly still interested in Costa and could make an improved offer come July.

Costa himself told FourFourTwo: "I am interested in moving to Chelsea – not only because everything Willian tells me about the club, but because I think that I’d be able to achieve everything I want having someone like Jose Mourinho by my side."
