Wolfsburg: Man Utd can sign ex-Chelsea man Kevin De Bruyne for £30m… but only in 2016!

WOLSBURG boss Dieter Hecking insists Kevin De Bruyne will remain at the Bundesliga outfit for at least another season.

The former Chelsea playmaker has been heavily linked with a return to Premier League in recent weeks, with Manchester United reportedly showing an interest.

It is understood that Red Devils boss Louis van Gaal is lining up a £30m move for his services in the summer, but Hecking insists he must wait another year.

The Wolves tactician said: "I think he would benefit from another year in the Bundesliga. That's what I would want.

"Kevin feels good, he's enjoying a good season and it is clear that he is in very, very good hands with us.

"I don't see him going anywhere in the summer."

The Belgian has previously revealed his intentions to join a European powerhouse.

"Football is much about money," De Bruyne said last month.

"And my biggest ambition is to come out for a big European club. One I can win trophies with. As much trophies as possible."
