Juve agree deal with Real to sell Morata to Arsenal or Liverpool if £60m asking price met

REAL MADRID and Juventus have reportedly agreed to split Alvaro Morata's £60million release clause if it is met this summer.

Morata's future has been the subject of much speculation, with Real Madrid able to trigger a buy-back clause in the Spanish striker's contract.

The 22-year-old only joined Juve last summer in a £15m deal but has attracted interest from Arsenal and Liverpool in recent times.

The Turin outfit are understandably keen to hang onto the promising talent, while Real are considering exercising their option despite having a host of striking talent at their disposal.

And reports in Italy now suggest that the European giants have struck a deal that could see Morata sold in a manner that leaves both clubs satisfied.

According to Calciomercato, the clubs have an 'anti-sheikh' pact that will see them resist interest from Manchester City or Paris Saint-Germain but willing to sell to Arsenal or Liverpool.

But the striker won't come cheap, with the clubs agreeing only to sell if their £60m asking-price is met.
