James Ward-Prowse says the final 10 games are the most important in Southampton's history
Ronald Koeman's side ended an alarming dip with Tuesday's 1-0 victory over Crystal Palace that rekindled their hopes of claiming a place in next season's Champions League.
With a free weekend coming up, Koeman and his players jetted out to Switzerland to prepare for their final assault on the top four.
And midfielder Ward-Prowse, who set up Sadio Mane's late strike that secured the vital win, said: "These next 10 games are probably the biggest in the club's history and we're determined as a group of players to make history for the club.
"We want to get us to the biggest stage in the world where we feel we belong with the best teams and best players in the world."
