PICTURES: Chelsea stars take selfies and swap shirts in dressing room at Wembley

CHELSEA celebrated their Capital One Cup success by going selfie mad!

Goals from John Terry and Diego Costa helped Chelsea down Tottenham 2-0 yesterday.

Blues boss Jose Mourinho celebrated by sliding across the Wembley turf.

And his players took the opportunity to show off the trophy with a succession of selfies.

"Selfie with the Cup!" Cesc Fabregas tweeted.

"Happy day," wrote Petr Cech - who somewhat surprisingly replaced Thibaut Courtois in the final.

Gary Cahill stuck the trophy on his head for his selfie and wrote: "Absolutely buzzing with the win! Well done lads, what a team! #CFCWembley #CapitalOneCupChampions."

But Cesar Azpilicueta and Eden Hazard tried something different, swapping shirts for their selfie.

"Con mi amigo @hazardeden10 y la Copa!!! With my friend Eden and the Cup! Thanks everyone! @ChelseaFC #CapitalOneCup," the Spaniard posted.

Chelsea's official Twitter account shared scenes from inside the dressing room, adding: "A day to remember. #WembleyIsBlue."

And captain John Terry signed off with a picture of his children asleep in bed with the cup. He wrote: "Goodnight"

Goodnight ????
