Cahill stands in for the suspended Nemanja Matic alongside defensive midfielder Ramires.

Kane scored twice when Spurs last met Chelsea during their 5-3 classic on New Year's day.

Mauricio Pochettino has made six changes from the side that lost to Fiorentina in midweek.

Kyle Walker, Eric Dier and Ben Davies all come into the defence, with Ryan Mason sitting deep in midfield.

Andros Townsend replaces Eric Lamela in midfield.

As for Chelsea, boss Jose Mourinho makes five changes from the side that drew with Burnley last weekend.

Petr Cech starts ahead of Thibaut Courtois in goal, with Cesar Azpilicueta coming in for Felipe Luis at left-back.

Juan Cuadrado drops to the bench to accommodate Ramires, with Willian replacing Oscar in the three-pronged attack that also consists of Diego Costa and Eden Hazard.
