The Serbia defender has fallen out with Roberto Mancini and is set to leave Inter after just one season.

United have been urged to tie up David de Gea's future by Peter Schmeichel.

United's former keeper says it is vital the club can keep De Gea at Old Trafford following interest from Real Madrid in Spain.

The 24-year-old has been in stunning form for United this season, helping them fight back towards the Champions League places.

Kevin Strootman's move to Manchester United is under threat as Roma's medical expert says he has suffered from complications during surgery.

"I don’t know what happened to his knee, but his Cyclops syndrome results from a problem in the ligament’s position," Mario Brozzi told Gold TV.

"My impression is that the surgery on Strootman’s ligament did not go perfectly.

"The cartilaginous damage is determined by the extensive deficit. Now, if this is the situation, I see no way out. But it’s not up to me to say whether further surgery is needed."

United are in danger of losing young star Andreas Periera.

The Brazil under-20 star is reportedly in talks with PSV over a return to Holland.
