JUVENTUS are lining up a move for Chelsea star Oscar if they can't persuade Manchester United to sell them Adnan Januzaj.

The Turin giants are said to want to make a splash in the summer by bringing in a big name attacking midfielder, with Paul Pogba expected to leave the club.

The French midfielder remains a target for Arsenal, Manchester United and Chelsea and his agent has hinted he will be on the move at the end of the season.

That has seen Juve draw up a list of possible replacements, with Januzaj and Oscar both very near the top.

Juventus are preparing for Paul Pogba's departure

Reports in Italy suggest that Juve are dubious that United would be willing to sell them the Belgian star on the cheap, particularly given Pogba's rise to prominence after leaving Old Trafford on a free transfer for Turin in 2012.

And that being the case, Juve are ready to offer £25m for Oscar - who they believe is closer to the finish product.

It is suggested that Eden Hazard's big-money contract extension could leave Oscar surplus to requirements at the Blues, although both players have worked together to spectacular effect so far this season.

Indeed, Juve apparently accept that they may not be able to lure either player to Serie A in the near future and are also looking at unsettled Borussia Dortmund star Henrikh Mkhitaryan and Galatasaray's Dutch international Wesley Sneijder as alternatives.
