Manchester City have been linked with a summer move for Barkley amid speculation over the future of Yaya Toure.
Manchester United and Chelsea are both interested in the talented 20-year-old, while Liverpool have also been linked with a shock swoop.
However, reports claim any suitors will have to shell out £60m to land Barkley.

According to the Manchester Evening News, Everton will refuse to sell their prized asset unless they receive a bid that beats the £59.7m British transfer record United paid Real Madrid to sign Angel Di Maria this summer.
