Stephan El Shaarawy's first season in Serie A saw him finish as Milan's top scorer

The north London rivals were both reported to be in for the attacker in the January transfer window.

And now reports from Tuttosport.com claim that Milan are looking to offload the 22-year-old in the summer.

The Italian international had an impressive debut season in 2012/13, scoring 19 times and finishing as Milan's top scorer.

However, since then he's been plagued by injuries and has scored just twice in the past two seasons.

But Arsenal and Tottenham are said to be willing to take a risk on the young attacker, if the price is right.

And Milan will be keen to get him off their books, as they look to free-up funds to strengthen the squad as a whole.

The former European giants are languishing in 10th place in Serie A and have not won the league title since the 2010/11 season.
