JUAN MATA was missing from Manchester United's squad as they trained ahead of their Champions League clash with Olympiakos tomorrow night.
Mata is ineligible for European action this season having already played in the competition with Chelsea.
Phil Jones, Jonny Evans and Nani were also missing as Moyes put his side through their paces at Carrington.
United fly out to Greece this afternoon, with Moyes given a boost by Danny Welbeck and Rafael included in training.
Robin Van Persie and Wayne Rooney looked in good shape ahead of the Red Devils' crucial round of 16 first-leg tie, having both scored in the 2-0 win over Crystal Palace at the weekend.
Rio Ferdinand could make back-to-back starts for the first time since November, and he is looking forward to facing Olympiakos.
"Training then onto the CL adventure in Greece! #Mufc" he tweeted.
Moyes led a training session involving two-touch passing which dropped down to just single touches in possession.
