Manchester United boss David Moyes to put all his energy into landing Marouane Fellaini
MANCHESTER UNITED boss David Moyes will pour his energies into trying to prise Marouane Fellaini away from Goodison Park before the transfer window closes.
Moyes is expected to press ahead with a move as he seeks to deliver a key-note signing to appease United supporters.
He has already seen a joint £28m bid for Fellaini and Leighton Baines slammed by Everton boss Roberto Martinez as 'derisory' and 'insulting'.
But according to a report in the Manchester Evening News, Moyes is to make Fellaini his priority and will table a £20m offer.
This would make a joint bid with Baines worth £36m.
United had been bracing themselves for a third bid from Jose Mourinho for Wayne Rooney, however the 27-year-old decided not to submit a formal transfer request.
Meanwhile, United are going to launch a £43m bid for Mesut Ozil before the window closes.
