Cardiff 0 - Ipswich 0: Bogey boys deny Malky Mackay
MALKY MACKAY saw his Cardiff side draw their first blank since August in a frustrating stalemate against bogey team Ipswich.
The Welshmen created few clear-cut chances as Ipswich continued their resurgence under Mick McCarthy, who admitted: “I’m still looking behind me – it can change so quickly in this league. I don’t want the patient to die – I want to survive.” Ipswich had won three of their previous four visits to Cardiff and went close to another winner when Guirane N’Daw hit a post from 25 yards.
Craig Bellamy provided Cardiff’s best moments and was denied by Luke Chambers’ last-ditch tackle.
